The Good Ol' US of A

I'm interested in your opinion. If I were to take a vacation to anywhere in the USA, where would you recommend that I go? NOTE: Please leave out anything super tacky like Barstow to see the world's largest thermometer. Besides, I've already seen it.
Well, post away!

The Olympic Peninsula in Washington. And no, I have not read any of that Twilight stuff so that's not the reason I'd do it. It's just beautiful, green, wild, and mysterious.

Well, I love Yellowstone and could go there every year, although I'd also love to visit other national parks: Yosemite, Mesa Verde, Smoky Mountain. And Nauvoo has its appeal for us, being so close and all. Other places on my list of places I'd still love to go: San Francisco, Chicago, Amish country in Pennsylvania, Vermont (because it sounds so Vermonty), and Boston.

Why do you ask?

Verification: sneci, which is what people say when you call. Who is it? Sneci.

Alaska!!! Right when Cam and I got married we went there to work on an island. I wish we were there to just visit because it's breathtaking!! So many things to do up there :)

Hawaii!!!!!! But you might have meant continental USA?

I have always loved the trip up the coast of California. It is beautiful, especially in the Spring. The beaches are really different than San Diego, much colder and rocky! Hearst Castle, Morro Bay, San Fransico...just a few highlights.

I also really enjoyed going to Washington D.C. and including Niagra Falls and Palmyra. It is a beautiful drive from D.C. to Niagra then Palmyra and back to D.C. You'll need at least three days in D.C. and make sure you try to get tickets in advance to do the tours like the White House, Capital, Mint, etc.

I loved visiting San Simeon CA, it's close to Hearst Castle. It was beautiful and lots of fun. I love visitng National Parks, such as Yellowstone, Zion, Bryce, etc. Vermont is also gorgeous as someone said before. Maybe try New York and Niagra Falls. (As long as you both have passports to go across the border.) The U.S. has so many places to go! Ha ha. Hopefully this helped.

I have 3 options for you: Chattanooga, TN. They have a beautiful underground waterfall (Ruby Falls) as well as a huge aquarium. The other is Savannah, GA or New Orleans, LA. The south is so beautiful.

San Fransisco is probably one of my favorite cities. I love it. I've been there a lot, and it really doesn't lose its appeal. And they have the best sourdough bread in the world, if you like that. It's really diverse and wonderful
